Gino has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry via various roles including sales, relationship management, sales leadership, and strategic initiatives at TD Ameritrade Institutional and most recently, Goldman Sachs. He is passionate about the RIA industry and the fiduciary model advisors adhere to for their clients. Gino holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Loyola University Chicago and is pursuing his MBA at The Heider College of Business at Creighton University. Gino maintains the series 7,63,66 and 24 licenses.

Eli Suarez
Regional Director NM and TX
Eli brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry via sales and strategy roles at TD Ameritrade Institutional and most recently, LPL Financial. Prior to TD Ameritrade Institutional, he had 10 years of management experience at U.S. Global Investors mutual funds. His 30 years’ experience of working with RIAs, has helped him understand the complexity of an advisor's business and your client needs, how technology plays an integral role in our industry, and how a platform can be leveraged to provide solutions & benefits to an RIA business. Eli holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A &M University in Corpus Christi, along with his series 7 and 63 licenses.
Ryan Macaluso
Regional Sales Executive AZ, AK, CA, HI, OR, and WA
Ryan brings more than 17 years’ experience in the financial services industry via sales and service roles. He spent 10 years at TD Ameritrade Institutional helping independent RIAs choose proper custody and technology solutions to generate more efficiency and grow their practice. Ryan obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University and holds his Series 7, 6, and 63 licenses. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and son and pursuing the finest craft beer in San Diego.
Tom Roberts
Regional Sales Executive AL, AR, LA, MS, NV, OK, TN, and UT
Tom brings 18 years of sales experience in the financial services industry, including 15 years on the Fintech side working for MoneyGuidePro, Naviplan, Advizr and Docupace, before joining TD Ameritrade. With Tom’s in-depth knowledge and experience, he understands the value of helping advisors utilize technology to streamline and grow their practices. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Liberty University and maintains the series 7, 63, and 65 licenses. When not working, Tom loves playing golf and traveling with his wife, Amanda, and his two boys, Waylon and Cash.
Bret Hunt
Strategic Account Manager
Six years of financial industry experience from both the sales and service side allows Bret Hunt to better understand the needs of financial advisors. He is consistently in communication with new firms that are looking for an improved experience over their current custodian. Previously, Bret served as Client Services and Operations Specialist with an independent RIA and Financial Advisor with Axa Equitable. Bret has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado and holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. In his free time he enjoys playing golf, tennis, and hiking with his wife and two daughters.
Robert Nagle
Strategic Account Manager
Robert Nagle brings his 30 plus years of experience in the financial services sector, including 16 years at Axos Advisor Services, to his business consulting role. His prior experience in both the sales and service side in the financial services world allows him to use his experience to work with RIA firms to help them plan for their business development needs. He currently works with more than 50 financial advisors to help them get the most of the technology and services that Axos provides. Robert’s expertise includes helping financial advisors unlock revenue through data analysis, strategy development, execution, and change management. His unique set of skills helps both clients and team members simplify processes and enhance efficiencies. In his years with Axos, he has managed and created its current onboarding process, managed teams of client service individuals, served as a wholesaler and consulted with a variety of firms on their business management goals.

Ryan has over 20 years of experience working directly with Financial Advisors. Viewed as a market knowledge leader by colleagues, peers, and clients, alike, Ryan truly understands how Independent Financial Advisors work and how the right platform and solutions can bring positive change to both their firms and their clients. Prior to joining Axos Advisor Services, Ryan spent quality time at both TD Ameritrade Institutional and LPL Financial. Ryan has an undergraduate degree in business from Augustana College and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Beau McBride
Regional Sales Executive IL, KY, MN, ND, OH, and SD
Beau has over 15 years of experience in financial services, primarily focused on the financial technology sector. He spent 10 years with Envestnet, Inc., helping expand the successful platform to the RIA segment, and 5 years with SS&C Advent | Black Diamond, supporting enterprise-level RIAs as a Director of Relationship Management. Before joining Axos, he spent two years running business development for a startup Turnkey Asset Management Platform. This blend of experience in both sales and relationship management capacities has allowed him to fine-tune his ability to identify and understand the unique needs of each individual RIA and craft solutions that fit their specific needs. Beau holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in Economics from Illinois State University. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer with his daughter, mountain biking with his son, and motorcycling with his wife.

Andrew is an accomplished financial services professional with more than 18 years of experience in sales and relationship management with TD Ameritrade Institutional and, most recently, Charles Schwab. In these roles, Andrew excelled as a Sales Vice President working with some of the largest independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and Broker-Dealers across the country. Andrew holds a BSBA in Finance from Creighton University and Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.

John has spent over 5 years working directly with RIAs and their clients. Before joining Axos, he worked in various relationship management and sales roles at TD Ameritrade Institutional and Goldman Sachs. Jason graduated cum laude from Berkeley College and currently holds his FINRA series 6, 7, 63, and 24.

During his career, he made significant contributions during his 10-year tenure at TD Ameritrade and Schwab, where he served as a strategic partner, collaborating closely with financial advisors in the custody space. Beyond his successful career, he shares his life with his wife, Courtney, and is the proud father of two sons, Connor and Danny. Outside the world of finance, Dan is an avid sports enthusiast, truly a dedicated "hockey dad" who enjoys supporting his sons' athletic pursuits.
